Field Test and Registration Information
For the Field Test, We Will Provide You With:
The partial set of materials will be available in early April, and an expanded set
will be available for the 1996-97 school year. Your participation is critical
to the development of this curriculum.
- Curriculum materials (there are no technology requirements).
- Resource book of Earth and Mars images related to the activities.
- Teacher's Guide with background information, teaching strategies,
module goals, and other Mars-related classroom resources.
- Student assessment materials.
- Automatic enrollment in the Mars Education Program through which you will receive all future curriculum materials free of charge, if you desire.
You Will Need To:
- Enroll by filling out the on-line registration form.
- Use the introductory and at least one follow-up module with your students.
- Provide TERC written feedback by filling out a questionnaire.
- Be willing to let a member of the project team occasionally visit your class to observe students involved in the activities.
